DOCTORAL COURSES OF NATIONAL INTEREST (DIN) - DM 226/2021

For Academic year 2023/2024, the University for Foreigners of Perugia is joining as a funding partner, pursuant to DM 226/21, in the establishment of four Doctoral Courses of National Interest involving several Italian universities.

Doctorates of National Interest (DINs) are doctoral courses designed and established by a consortium of highly qualified and internationally recognized universities and research institutions. DINs provide for the sharing of educational and research activities, ways of regulating forms of financial support, exchange and mobility of faculty and doctoral students with the aim of contributing to the advancement of research, including through the achievement of specific objectives of the priority areas of intervention of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP). The doctoral student will enroll at the administrative site, but will carry out teaching and research activities at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.

PTo complement its research training offerings represented by the Ordinary/specific Doctorate in Linguistic, Philological-Literary and Political-Social Science, the University for Foreigners of Perugia has joined four national doctorates on the basis of DM 117 and 118/2023, through which funding for doctoral scholarships is apportioned from PNRR investment measures M4C1 - Strengthening the supply of education services, Inv. 4.1 - Reform of Doctorates, and M4C2 - From Research to Enterprise, Inv. 3.3 - Introduction of innovative doctorates that respond to the innovation needs of enterprises and promote the recruitment of researchers by companies
