CUG (Unified Guarantee Committee for equal opportunities, promotion of well-being in the workforce and prevention of discrimination) promotes initiatives for ensuring equal opportunities and reducing gender disparity; it ensures respect of the principle of non-discrimination based on gender or sexual orientation and provides support for victims of violations and bullying.

The Committee also ensures no mobbing activities take place inside the University.
