This office helps students upon arrival providing information on the courses and the activities of the University, the premises and the services available in the various premises. It informs students about all of the socio-cultural activities in which they can take part such as films, concerts, entertainment and conventions, and it also provides information about the city and Umbria. It is a point of reference for students needing help with procedures related to the issuance of residence permits as well as a place where students can receive their personal mail.
